Sophia (Greek: Σοφία) is a concept in the religion and Hellenistic philosophy, Platonism, Gnosticism, Orthodox Christianity, Esoteric Christianity and the mystical Christianity. Literally it means that holds the "wisdom" (Greek: σοφός, "Sofos"). In Gnostic tradition, Sophia is a female figure, similar to the human soul and simultaneously one of the female aspects of God. The Gnostics claim that it is the syzygy of Jesus (see the Bride of Christ) and the Holy Spirit of the Trinity. It is sometimes referred to by the Hebrew equivalent Achamoth (Greek: Ἀχαμώθ) and as Prouneikos (Greek: Προύνικος, "salacious").

Deep Dream is an image processing algorithm created by Google, one that is based on teaching their computers, as to how to see, understand and appreciate our world. It basically consists of an artificial neural network, that was trained by millions of images showing as an example. The main goal is to classify images with only "look" at them, so play them or improve them based on patterns formed during training. Many of the edited images show animal eyes and their faces, as it is, what software has been trained to see.

Electric Sheep is a distributed computing project to create, download and view movies in a fractal screensaver. The project was founded by Scott Draves.

Videos recorded are publicly available under Creative Commons. The project participants have the opportunity to vote for the movies they prefer to remain in circulation longer, also the parameters used for the best "dreams" will be changed with a genetic algorithm to generate new ones.

It's run by thousands of people all over the world, and can be installed on any ordinary PC, Mac, Android, or iPad. When these computers "sleep", the Electric Sheep comes on and the computers communicate with each other by the internet to share the work of creating morphing abstract animations known as "sheep".
